Managing Partner
Alon Abady began his real estate career as a real estate agent while attending UCLA. He has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. His comprehensive experience gives him the unique ability and knowledge to underwrite multiple asset types, in addition to being well versed in construction costs and the development process. Mr. Abady’s notable transactions that he has worked on include: 370,000 sq. ft. power center anchored by Home Depot, multiple trophy investments on the Sunset Strip, multiple GSA deals – including ground-up construction, office building rehabs, assisted living, hotel development, and the rehab and construction of multiple multi-family properties in the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Abady is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
Mr. Abady’s main role within the Fund is as an expert in property valuations of the Fund’s collateral as well as providing his vast contacts for business development.
Managing Partner
Garrett Mitton has worked in the financial services industry for over 18 years. Most recently, he was employed and integrally involved at California Republic Bank (CRB), a $4.0 Billion in managed assets institution. Mr. Mitton was a Senior Vice President, Regional Manager of Los Angeles where he oversaw all aspects of the Los Angeles Market, including credit, sales and administration. Mr. Mitton has originated and managed over $2.5 Billion in loans and lines of credit throughout his career in Banking. Mr. Mitton has a BS degree from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
Mr. Mitton will oversee underwriting, sales, operations as well as all administrative functions of the Fund.

Jon Wilcox was the Co-Founder, CEO and Director of California Republic Bank (CRB). CRB was one of the fastest growing and most successful de novo banks in California history. He has been, and remains, an active early-stage investor in numerous companies and industries, including financial services, beverage, medical products, and bio technology. Mr. Wilcox’s current and prior board affiliations include Rise Up and Care, Mechanics Bank, South Coast Repertory, Junior Achievement, Very Special Arts, Westside Center for Independent Living and Fiji Reef Resources.
Mr. Wilcox’s main role at the Fund will be to act as a strategic advisor, provide credit expertise as well as use his vast contacts for business development.
